KOUGA mayor Booi Koerat will deliver hisState of the Municipality Address during theofficial opening of council in Oyster Bay onMarch 20.
According to the Democratic Alliance (DA),the major should pay special attention to acertain number of imperative issues. This in-cludes the disaster that struck Jeffreys Bayover the December holiday when some sub-urbs were without electricity for three days. Also on the list are the poor water quality, sewage that is flowing onto the beaches andinto nature reserves on a regular basis, as
well as the black rubbish bags that line Da Ga-ma Road for days on occasions.
“Tourism is the lifeblood of the Kouga econ-omy and we need to attract holidaymakers, give them a good time and make sure theycome to visit again. If our infrastructure can-not cope with the influx of holidaymakers, theproblems need to be addressed to ensure weremain a prime holiday destination choice forSouth Africans and international visitorsalike,” says Chimpie Cawood, caucus leaderof the DA in Kouga.
According to the DA, road infrastructure allover the Kouga must be upgraded, and the two
leading agricultural sectors - dairy farming inHumansdorp and Oyster Bay, and citrus farm-ing in the Gamtoos Valley - must be assistedwith the improvement of the degrading roadsystem serving the farming communities.
They continue that the Paradise Beachcauseway and the Sand River Bridge need tobe rebuilt, timeously planning for new devel-opments should be done and the rectificationof poorly constructed RDP-houses in Kruis-fontein need to be a priority.
Also of great concern are the looming eco-logical disasters such as the erosion of StFrancis Bay beach and the spit of the canals,
the sand invasion in Oyster Bay, and thedumping of rubbish in KwaNomzamo and StFrancis Bay. The DA would furthermore liketo see the eradication of the bucket system, the upgrading of the sewage infrastructure, provision for stormwater and a workable so-lution for the number of stray animals roam-ing the streets in Kouga.
Cawood asks: “Will Koerat be honest andadmit all is not well in Kouga? Or will theState of the Municipality Address be yet an-other whitewash, while the residents of Kou-ga deal with the sliding standard of servicedelivery in their towns and suburbs?”.
Will SOTAspeak to theneedsof community?

Ek het on-
“Dit was ’n massiewe skok vir my skoon-

le.

“Hierdie werk is my passie!”

TIRED? Stressed? In need of a little extradrive in your busy lifestyle, career orsport? And you still have a long day aheadof you?
Do not despair, Biotone, the staple drinkof high achievers in Europe for over 40years, has just been relaunched in SouthAfrica. One lucky Kouga Express reader, stands the chance of winning a Biotonehamper.Biotone is a solution for people needing
a lift during stressful periods or high in-tensity sport training. Added benefits ofBiotone include increased libido (by up to50% in both men and women), improvedconcentration and enhanced muscle re-covery. It is an all-natural tonic that con-tains the active ingredients Kola Nut Ex-tract, Phosphorus and Manganese.Kola Nut has been proven by scientists
to gradually release small doses of caffeineinto the body over an 8 hour period. Com-pared to a cup of coffee with 100mg or acola drink at 47mg, the small 4,8mg of caf-feine provided by one ampoule of Biotoneis released slowly throughout the day, of-fering ongoing sustained energy to thebody. In addition, Kola Nut contains theo-brominewhich is a natural mood elevatoralso found in dark chocolate.Phosphorus and Manganese are essen-
tial minerals which play vital roles in thebody to help to build energy, rapidly re-pair weakmuscle and improve concentra-tion.With this potent combination Biotone
helps to combat fatigue, lack of concentra-tion and muscle cramps. It also has a di-rect impact on the production of sex hor-mones and therefore helps increase the li-bido over a 30 day period.. As Biotone contains a minimal amount
of alcohol used as a preservative (18,6%V/V per 10ml ampoule), professional sports-men and women should take care not toexceed the required dosage during train-ing and in-competition. Pregnant and lac-tating women should not use it. Recom-mended for ages 18+.Biotone is available from Dis-Chem, se-
lected Clicks and other leading pharma-cies countrywide from R125 per box con-taining 20 ampoules.

THE award-winning De Viswijf Family Res-taurant in Jeffreys Bay is the place to eat thisyear.
Not only has the restaurantwon theDiner’sClub highest accolade for its wine list threetimes in a row and the award for the Best Res-taurant in the Eastern Cape in 2009, but hasnow also been named one of the best restau-rants in South Africa by Eat Out Magazine. Some 32 panel members of respected food
and restaurant industry experts rated DeVis-wijf highly enough to make the stringent cutof the top 500 restaurants in the country, which are featured in the 2015 edition of theEat Out Magazine. An oldie, but a goodie, De Viswijf was esta-
blished in 1999 andhas beendishingup satisfy-ing seafood to satisfied customers ever since.Owners Ernie and Suzette Blignault have
a passion for food and believe that life is tooshort for bad food and wine. Customer satis-faction is their main concern.According to Eat Out Magazine’s review of
De Viswijf, their menu has a retro touch, of-fering dishes like crumbed mushrooms, bil-tong soup or a mussel pot as starters - richand comforting dishes. The review continues: boasting a bigmenu,
visitors to the restaurant will find a varietyof seafood dishes, including calamari, prawns, hake and Kingklip (subject to availa-bility). But there’s more than just ocean fareto be had here, including a few pastas, chick-en dishes, steaks, and a couple of South Afri-can favourites like oxtail and tripe. The dessert options include old school fa-
vourites like chocolatemousse and brownies, plus local and lekker sweet treats like malvapudding and peppermint crisp tart.

a number of women but
I had sexual problems, I
just could not perform in
bed. The result was my
relationships could not
work out. I had serious
problems with my
current girlfriend, and
even thought I was
cheating on my
girlfriend I did not
wanted to sleep with her
anymore. At first I was
not aware that my men’s
organ has shrinked until
my girlfriend told me.
Then one day after
reading about RAHIMA I
visited him. Today I
thank him for making
me feel a man again.
