    Key elements of the program.The Leadership Principles program is designed to build capability in three critical areas of leadership. It is based

    on research about the skills that leaders need the most, yet tend to do least welland includes:

    Leading self: Increasing self-awareness and the ability to lead oneself.

    Leading others: Driving engagement and developing others.

    Leading the business: Translating and communicating day-to-day actions by cultivating innovation into

    organizational strategy.

    A unique Leadership Principles 360 multi-rater assessment: Korn Ferrys research-based and validated

    instrument, used across multiple geographies, cultures, and industries, provides multi-rater feedback on the

    leadership competencies that are taught in the program and most critical for success.

    Online learning: Building Trusting Relationships is a fast-paced, interactive, on-line approach to building

    trusting relationships across functions, levels, and other dimensions of diversity. Participants will learn and

    apply Korn Ferrys Familiarity, Comfort, and Trust model to real-life situations in the workplace.
