WHO DOES THE CCV SAY THAT THEY ARE? The Citizens for Community Values is a Cincinnati, Ohio-based

501(C)(3) non-profit, family values organization. Mission: Citizens for Community Values (CCV) exists to promote

Judeo-Christian moral values, and to reduce destructive behaviors contrary to those values, through education, active community partnership, and individual empowerment at the local, state and national levels.

Vision: CCV is a grassroots organization of citizens who are concerned for the well-being of the community, the strength of its families, and the future of its children. We strive to be a leader in the restoration of those Judeo-Christian moral values upon which this country was founded in hopes of leaving a lasting legacy of citizens endeavoring to foster and maintain healthy, wholesome, safe, and happy communities.

WHO IS THE CCV REALLY? CCV President and family values advocate Phil Burress is on

marriage number three to current wife Vickie, who he met at an anti-pornography convention.

Phil Burress is a reformed “pornography addict” who spent 25 years watching porn in secret.

Phil makes Vickie watch porn and summarize it for him so he is not tempted to relapse.

Phil accepts large contributions from the business community and religious organizations and uses that money to lobby politicians through its political arm, CCV Action.
