How we work We meet up with the HR team or the department heads to
understand the training needs of their employees/
department.
After understanding in detail, their concerns, yearly plans
and business needs, we would agree on the training
modules and a tentative calendar for their employees.
The courses would then be tailored to their needs and as
per agreed commercials.
Upon sign-off, the courses are developed and delivered.

Profile of the Founder: Narmadha
Specializes in Soft-skills and Leadership programmes
Holds a PGPM from Chennai Business School.
Worked as a Software professional with reputed companies such as
Cognizant, iNautix and Mphasis with expertise in Banking and Financial
Services and Supply Chain domains.
She found her calling in Training observing the needs of the Present Work-
force
Her strength lies in understanding the needs of the HR and delivering the
sessions centered around them.
She has a penchant for developing business cases and unique games for
Training sessions
A firm believer in NLP Practices and applies them wherever relevant
Her Training methods are unconventional that involve personality tests,
movies, videos, audios, situational analyses – anything but passive theory!

Specializes in Financial and Accounting and Leadership programmes
Shekar, as he is known in his circle, has more than 15 years of work
experience, and his most recent was as Group Finance Director with
Lornamead Group, a UK based multinational in the FMCG space which owns
well-known personal care brands. His prior stints include various finance and
audit positions with MNCs such as ExxonMobil, KPMG and Henkel India.
His expertise is with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisory matters, besides
strong exposure to financial analysis, audit and accounting matters,
trademarks management as well as ‘controls’ environment. He is a non-
executive director in medium size companies, both in India and abroad.
Shekar is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and a Company Secretary
by qualification. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from
Bharathidasan University. He has also completed a Senior Management
certification programme from IIM-Calcutta.
