Airport Ground Transportation The Resort at Squaw Creek is approximately 55 minutes from Reno Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and approximately 2 hours from Sacramento International Airport (SMF). The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Car rentals, airport shuttles and Lyft/Uber are available transportation options. Valet parking is available at $40/day for hotel guests, self parking is included in the guest room rate, with $10/hour (max $40 day) for self park day guests (non- registered guests). Wi-Fi The cost to provide Wi-Fi throughout the conference venue is prohibitive. To help keep registration rates low, please use the Internet cafés sponsored by ComputerLand for checking email and printing boarding passes. REGISTRATIONOn-site Registration The registration desk is located in the Alpine Ballroom Foyer, on the main floor of the Resort at Squaw Creek. All conference attendees should visit the registration desk to pick-up badges and programs to ensure access to all conference activities. Your badge is your admission to all events. Tickets for guests may be purchased on-site for specific events at this location.If you are attending a business or association meeting only, and are not attending conference activities, you do not have to register or stop by the registration desk. If you are presenting a session and are not remaining for the conference, you should be registered as a “Presenter Only,” and are not eligible to attend other conference activities.
