A liSle bit about me… I love cooking and learned to cook from my grandmother I work as a cooking instructor and my students include children and teens with special needs I started cooking with my son when we started our RDI program when he was 4 years old I brought my daughter into our cooking process when she was 18 months old I have been doing the GFCF diet with my son for 4.5 years I am passionate about all that my children can learn! Cooking is a shared, social experience
