IDENTIFICATION - ALBERTA WIDE● For evacuees who have lost their existing Alberta Identification Card (ID)/Operator

● Addresses in the system must match the affected area and individuals must correctly verify their personal information already in the system.

● For replacement of an Alberta Birth Certificate, individuals must either have Identification or have been previously verified under the MOVES service for ID/OL card replacement and be eligible to order the certificate (be the person on

the certificate or the parent of that person in most circumstances). Fees for replacement Birth Certificates are waived for these evacuees.
