REMINDER: KINDERGARTEN ENROLMENTS FOR 2015 The school needs confirmation of the names of new kindergarten students for 2015. The Orientation Program will be held on Thursday 6 November and 13 November and interviews have commenced for families. On current predictions we expect to have two kindergarten classes of about 20 students each for 2015. If you intend enrolling your child in Kindergarten for 2015 and haven’t already, could you please contact the school so that enrolment forms can be provided to you. If you have neighbours, friends or relatives who are considering sending their children next year could you please advise them to contact the school.
BOOROWA CARNIVAL I would like to congratulate all of the students that travelled to Boorowa for their fantastic behaviour and sportsmanship on the day, everyone had a great time. A huge thankyou also needs to go out to the staff and parent coaches, timekeepers, managers, umpires and referees that made the day successful.
MINI MARKET – Friday, 7 November 2014 Our annual Mini Market day is approaching soon and classes are busy planning their stalls. Information about your child’s class activities and any help required will come home in the next week, so please make yourself available if possible.
NO HAT NO PLAY Now that the warmer weather is upon us the school is more actively encouraging the ‘No Hat No Play’ approach among our students. All students are asked to wear a wide brimmed hat or stay in the shaded areas of the school playground during recess and lunch. Hats are available for purchase from the school office for $10, if your child doesn’t have one already.
SCHOOL SPEC CAKE STALL – Saturday, 8 November 2014 Cake stall to support Berinba School Spectacular Choir travel to Sydney to represent our school. Cakes and produce can be delivered to the school Friday 7 November or dropped off at the street stall on Saturday. Mr Chris Bradley (Relieving Principal)

IF YOU HAVE SPARE GREEN TRACKSUIT PANTS OR TROUSERS OF ANY DESCRIPTION Please consider the school clothing pool if your child is growing quickly and you need to replace their trousers. We would appreciate white polo tops of all sizes also. Thank you.
