Dr Kim Dalzell

Kim owns a publishing company (NutriQuest, Inc) and was given an award from Writer’s Di-

gest for her first book which sold over 300,000 copies and was translated into Japanese and

developed into a distance-learning course. She has also published other nutrition related

books including “Give It to Me Straight: Q&A for No-Nonsense Nutrition”, “The Recipe for

Breast Cancer” (Japan) and was honored to coauthor a book with Dr. Carl Helvie and Dr. Ber-

nie Segal, “You Can Beat Lung Cancer”.

Kim served as a dietary supplement industry spokesperson for international businesses like

Asahi Elles (Tokyo), EuroRSCG Magnet and US-based Millennium Biotechnologies and Cancer

Nutrition Centers of America. She was chosen as a medical advisor for Lifetime Television’s

Walgreen’s Health Corner Television and invited to collaborate with Dr. John LaPuma (Chef

MD). Kim was selected to teach at the Center for Complementary Medicine for the first U.S.

government, grant-funded complementary and alternative medicine residency program in Illi-

nois.

Kim has been married to her husband Mark since 1985 and they have two grown children.

She is an avid hiker, adventure seeker and loves all things nature.
