B. Health & Wellbeing Industries • Taking part in sport

• Planning a fitness programme (including dance)

• Participating in leisure activities (including performing arts)

• Styling women’s hair

• Styling men’s hair

• Colour hair using temporary colour

• Nail art application

• Basic make-up application

• Understanding customer service in the retail sector

C: SERVICE Industries • Developing skills in the garden (horticulture)

• Understanding and using techniques used in floristry

• Worldwide travel and tourism destinations

• Displaying travel and tourism products and services

• Understanding customer service in the retail sector

• Understanding the retail selling process

• Introduction to the catering and hospitality industry

The course will start in January 2015 and will run till

June 2015. You will attend College four days a week.

Once you have successfully completed the qualification you will be guaranteed a priority interview for a Level 2 course.

A Level 2 course will allow you to specialise in the area that you have enjoyed the most and you have discovered you

have a talent for.
