Conventional Fire Alarm Systems

C-TEC's award-winning CFP conventional fire panels are LPCB certified to the latest revisions of EN54 parts 2 and 4 and offers an array of user and installer-friendly features. Supplied in an attractive flush or surface mountable plastic enclosure, 2, 4 and 8 zone versions are available, each featuring four conventional sounder circuits, class change and alert inputs, on-board fire and fault relays and combined keypad/key-switch entry.

TouchControl is a 10", high-resolution touch screen Remote Control Terminal with active maps and zone plans. It is a fire panel and network node in its own right and works on Advanced's standard and fault tolerant networks. It is compatible with the MxPro and Axis EN fire panels. Zone information is presented via both the unit's colour coded, easy to-navigate interface and the active maps that are easily configured using the Dynamix Tools Map App.

AlarmCalm is fast, easy to use and simple to configure. It can scale from small installations to large sites with complicated cause and effect. Using Alarm Verification and Investigation Delay Technology, AlarmCalm allows additional time to respond, verify or investigate an alarm before the fire system goes into full alarm state. AlarmCalm uses Advanced's new Building Area concept which allows alarm management strategy within a building to be easily managed.

Lifeline is designed to quickly and effectively meet fire system radio paging requirements. Like all Advanced panels it’s designed to offer more, to be easy to install and operate. LifeLine can operate from any stand alone conventional or addressable panel or across a large addressable network and is quickly integrated via an ESPA card (for detailed fire paging) or a simple relay connection (for hearing impaired alerts). LifeLine runs a variable power, 2W transmitter, optimising power usage and delivering precise coverage, even across complicated buildings and sites. Whatever paging solution you access from your Lifeline panel - and you can run all three at once - set up is simple and quick.

The Addressable Matrix system uses flexible, fibre optic light guides to illuminate areas on a floor plan, laid over a high-resolution grid.

This unique system dispenses completely with wiring and enables indicators to be moved, removed or added on site without the need for any wiring. Ideal for buildings such as hospitals where the building layout may evolve over a period. As the building changes, so too can Syncro Matrix, with very little cost or disruption. The addressable Matrix can be supplied with or without common LEDs and controls. Optional LEDs indicate Power On, Fire, Fault and Disablement and optional controls are for Alarm Silence, Buzzer Silence, Lamp Test and Reset. It provides a clear, geographical indication of the fire alarm or other system activation enabling speedy identification of the source of an alarm or other events.

The C-Tec XFP range of analogue addressable fire panels available in three different formats: 1 loop 16 zone, 1 loop 32 zone and 2 loop 32 zone. Panels can be networked if required, up to eight XFP master panels (any variant) may be interconnected. Control panels are available in Apollo XP95 / Discovery and Hochiki ESP protocols, all are fully LPCB approved to EN54 parts 2 & 4.

XFP ECONOMY RANGE

The XFP Economy panels are housed in a moulded plastic enclosure, complete with 16 zonal LED’s and red access enable key-switch, with room for 2 x 3.2Ah batteries.

HUSH BUTTON

C-TEC's Hush Button was specifically designed to reduce the incidence of false alarms in houses of multiple occupation by providing reliable, fully monitored fire detection, alarm and silencing facilities INSIDE each individual flat or apartment. It can be looked upon as a miniature loop-powered single zone fire alarm controller that sits and is addressed on the analogue loop with the ability to communicate its status back to the host panel.
