Frequently Asked Questions:Q: What’s the normal turnaround time for an installation?A: 72 hours starting after your request is received via email ([email protected]).

Q: Does the installer use additional shut off valves at the brewer for installs?A: Yes, 100% of the time.

Q: Does the installer have a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?A: Yes.

Q: Does my building need to have a water line already established? If it doesn’t, can the installer put one in and who will cover that cost?A: Yes. The Relyant installation team will need a dedicated water source to include a shut off valve to run the water line from, to the location of the brewer. All water lines and connections from the source will be covered by FriendsOffice.

Q: How does the brewer warranty play into the installation program?A: Each brewer has a 1 year warrant starting from the date of purchase from FriendsOffice. If there are any issues with a non-serviceable brewer during that one year, contact your FriendsOffice Program Administrator and we will work with Keurig to get it replaced. If the brewer is serviceable (K3000SE), you can request a service call that will be covered by FriendsOffice. If the brewer is outside warranty, it will be the user’s responsibility to replace the brewer or pay for service.

Q: Do these brewers require a filter? Will they need to be replaced?A: Yes, all plumbed brewers should have a filter. The initial filter will be covered by FriendsOffice and brought to the end user location by the installer. Any future filters are the responsibility of the end user. Contact FriendsOffice to place an order for filters.

Q: What about water pressure issues?A: Booster pumps or flow jets could be used to help water pressure issues, however this will not be covered by FriendsOffice.

Q: What happens when knock-off K-cups are used?A: Non-Keurig K-Cups could damage the brewer and void the warranty. Please contact FriendsOffice with compatibility questions regarding other single cup brewer designs.

Q: If my counter doesn’t have a hole in it to run a line from the Keurig to the water source, will the installer drill a hole in the counter? Will this be covered?A: As long as the counter top is not natural stone, the installer can drill a hole with the customer’s permission. This is covered by FriendsOffice.

Q: What happens if an install in not done well and a leak occurs?A: If the leak is due to the line running from the source, filter or to the brewer, this will be covered by the installer. Contact FriendsOffice to schedule a service call.
