Note:—1. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this

selection shall remit the fees of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account:0051 PSC-800-other

receipts-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s

Website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission, District Office, Malappuram on or before 22-3-2012. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only

once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates

are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be

initiated against those who do so.

2. A period of forty five days time for rechecking of answer scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from

the date of approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked

List.

Candidates desiring to recheck the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply

for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.

“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4

size paper from the Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any

other manner will not be considered.”

The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for ` 50 under the head of

account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee” addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission

District Office, Malappuram should reach the office on or before 22-3-2012. Application for rechecking received after the

prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

OX and D) on ` 11910-19350 (PR) in the Health Services Department (Category No. 350/2010) interviewed and found

suitable by the Commission and arranged in the order of merit for recruitment against NCA vacancies for Ezhava, LC,

OBC, Viswakarma, OX and Dheevara Communities. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 16-2-2012 and

will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies that arise due to the paucity of Ezhava,

The Ranked Listis brought in to force with effect from 16-2-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a newRanked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier.Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation androtation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the commission during the pendency ofthe list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidatesincluded in the list will secure appointment.
