Kennewick High has MANY students who have said they plan to plunge, but now is the me for fund-raising. Do- nang or raising the $25 minimum will give you a long-sleeve polar plunge shirt, and an opportunity to plunge— unless you choose to chicken out.Regardless of if you plan to plunge or just support the cause, the Special Olympics athletes locally and state- wide will benefit. So, Polar Plungers AND supporters take me this weekend and next week to raise funds for your donaons to Special Olympics of Washington. Small donaons add up quickly – from family, friends, neighbors, church members, etc. Mr. Riel and Mrs. Raines have pledge forms if you need them. The event will be in Building H from 5:30-7:30 pm. The event will offer seniors and their families an opportunity to learn more about academic programs and resources. There will also be a drawing for three $500 scholarships for aending seniors. KHS Booster Meeng and Silent Aucon—The next Booster Meeng is Wednesday, January 18th at 7 pm in the Kennewick High Library. The club will be hosng a silent aucon/raffle on Saturday, January 21st at the Kennewick/Kamiakin basketball games. We are raising money for uniform replacements. We are in need of donaons. Donaons can be dropped off at the Acvi- es Office. Donaons are tax deducble.
