    3 Matters Arising-

    4 Main Contractor- EM room external door to be made from 150mm thick ISO PANELS.- DM to use silicone to seal cracks on steel column/masonry interface

    after epoxy is laid on floor.- DM to submit Chiller plinth/Generator room fencing quote.- Steel bollards to be erected at entry to loading docks.- DM to construct access zone around the Generator/Transformer

    room with crusher run and gabions at the transformer area.

    - DM to drain away water seeping into the surrounding of generatorroom.

    - Client requested that embankment terracing be carried out quickerin preparation for landscaping.

    - Partitions in ablution block completed. DM to finish rest of works inablution within 10days.

    - ISO panel doors delivered, door mechanism, frame pending.- Works in EM room complete except doors. Plinth slab to be

    completed by 28/10/11.Awaiting allied to fix tank- Windows to office block and ablution block complete except glazing.- DM to expedite on storm water drainage works.

    - Holding tank and plinth in hand.DM instructed to fast track to ensurecompletion before arrival of SA firm on 4

    proposed to cast flat slab by Wednesday next week. Tank to be castby end of week.

    - DM to provide 25mmx25mm angle protection to loading docksteps.DM to quote.

    - DM to construct doors and grill to generator room. Cladding quoteby SSL to be reviewed.

    - Existing hatchery sewer drain to be temporarily by 2inch on grade

    pipe diverted to new holding tank to prime system.- DM/ISO PANELS to coordinate for cable slot through ceiling.- DM to construct timber doors in ablution block.- Executive entry to ablution block to be client supplied grilled.

    Recessed door (1m inside) to one side with lockable mortice.Ground slab fall towards staircase.

    - All loading docks to have rubber fender edge protection and angleiron 100mmx100mmx4mm.

    Epoxy- Sika Epoxy done on floor drainage area between grids B and C is

    not flat as designed. Remedy is to cut the unsatisfactory zone andre-lay as discussed on site.

    - Construction joint to be cut in the hatcher rooms at interface of IBDshallow drain and floor on both sides before epoxy is applied.

    - DM reported that epoxy laying completed in Zones A and B. Alljoints will be cut in a weeks time.DM to clean up edges on interfacebetween wall and epoxy.

    - Epoxy screed to be sloped from passageway into EM room in widthof door.

    - DM to cut and redo epoxy done between grids Band C in theincubator room. SF to cut day joints in that area as sample to beapplied to other day joints in the building.

    - DM to touch up wall/floor interface with epoxy wall paint- Epoxy floor domestic sub-contractor to prepare a drawing showing

    proposed laying sequence /jointing. This is then to be marked on thefloor for approval.

    - Sika (SA) proposed epoxy thinner as an alternative primer. This tobe used in uncompleted zones. Letter confirming this received from

    SIKA(SA)- Epoxy interface between floor and shallow drain in hatcher room to

    be grinded down to floor level.DM to do sample for approval.- Epoxy works in the passageway critical.100% to be completed by

    end of October except the two clean rooms.- Epoxy to be laid on loading docks after canopy roof is done. The

    epoxy is to be laid on hacked, sloped away from floor slab.

    - Structural Steelwork: Steel Structures- Fixing landing dock canopies.SSL/DM to coordinate with ISO PANELS.

    - SSL to ensure all rainwater down pipes are 50mm off the wall and thatextension pieces are done

    - SSL to paint cat ladder door and access ladder metal grey. Cat laddernot plumb.

    - SSL to fix support for HVAC equipment in clean room- SSL to extend cat ladder downwards, fix the ladders firmly and adjust

    the top entry of the ladder.- SSL to provide screen for pipes at back of building.CED to review

    quotation.- SSL to provide genset cladding details and quotation. CED to review

    - NSCS to provide extract duct for( 8 air changes) for boiler room- NSCS to complete pending works in a weeks time.- AP to prepare as-built documentation.-- Plumbing & Drainage: Allied plumbers- AP to label/colour code all pipes on bracket at the back of building after

    pressure testing.- AP to tape joints on pipes using velaron sourced by client after

    pressure testing.- AP to issue catch pit detail for Main holding tank prior to treatment

    system- AP to coordinate with Chloride on solar panel connection and piping on

    shop drawings. Chloride Exide to fix.- Boiler tank fixing in progress.

    - AP to carry out pressure testing on pipes and submit results forapproval. KC (J ohn B.) to witness pressure testing.

    - AP laying pipes to Generator in progress. The pipes to be raised abovedrain.

    - AP to fabricate fire hose reel eye support. Sample approved butstainless.

    - AP to supply temporary EPZ water to 5000 litres tank- AP to quote for stainless steel cross member(25mm) to top of shower

    partitions with shower curtains.- Generator room day tank to be raised by 1.5m- Buffer tank to be raised on steel frame- AP to connect day oil tank (5000 litres) to 2,000 litres. This to be

    completed in a weeks time.- AP to prepare as-built documentation.

    - AP to prepare checklist in readiness for J amesway.

    - ISO PANELSISO Panels doors to be delayed. Laying of insulated panels below canopiesto be coordinated with SSL.
