space. Without this support, our fundraising event would not have been so resoundingly successful. These businesses have provided our school with the financial resources to enhance 21st-century learning at CFIS and have also helped spread the word about the benefits of sponsoring the Spring Benefit.

Dr. Valerie Forrester has conducted a family practice for 14 years at the Centre for Chiropractic Care Downtown Calgary and Crowfoot area. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal health in their daily lives. Health is the biggest single influence on our quality of life and Dr. Forrester is dedicated to getting you healthy and keeping you healthy!
With additional training in pediatric, pregnancy care, and exercise rehab she is able to give her patients advice on maintenance care and home care that can help maintain a properly functioning spine. She is certified in the Webster technique (to help breech babies get in the right position) and has completed her 200 hour Certification from the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics.
