Erin Maciorowski Superintendent of Schools Chief Academic Officer District Innovation Officer Dear Keansburg High School Parent or Guardian: We are excited to be entering into our third year of the 1:1 Laptop Program at the High School. We are pleased to offer upgraded MacBook Airs to all students in grades 8-12 for the 2014-2015 school year. Students in grades 10-12 need to report to the BOLGER GYMNASIUM during their scheduled laptop session with a parent or guardian to sign the necessary paperwork and pick up their laptop. Only new students and incoming 8 th and 9 th grade students will need to complete the extended training on August 27 th and August 28th. Letters with additional dates and details will be sent to those students. Please make every effort to attend your grade level session with a parent or guardian to sign the necessary paperwork and avoid any delays in receiving your laptop. The pick-up dates for 10th-12th Grade students are as follows: Monday, August 25 th - 10:00am - 12:00 pm - 12th Grade SENIORS Monday, August 25 th - 1:00pm - 3:00 pm - 11th Grade JUNIORS Tuesday, August 26 th - 10:00am - 12:00 pm – 10th Grade SOPHOMORES Tuesday, August 26 th - 1:00pm - 2:00 pm - MAKE-UP SESSION (10 th , 11 th , 12 th grades) The make-up session is for those unable to make their scheduled time listed above. Please note that there may be delays picking up laptops during this session due to high volume. Please make every effort to attend your scheduled slot to avoid delays. Students who are not able to be here during their assigned time slot will be notified of a make-up session once school is underway.
