Booth Size & InclusionsAll booth spaces are 10’ wide x 10’ deep, with 8’ drape backdrop and 3’ siderails. The cost of one booth space includes the pipe and drape, one booth number identification sign, two exhibitor registrations, and inclusion in the show guide portion of the on-site program if your application is received before March 1, 2005.

Exhibitor RegistrationEach individual booth representative will need to register as an exhibitor. A separate form for registration of booth representatives will be sent to you at a later date, after your exhibit contract has been processed.

Exhibitor Registrations do not include the Blues & BBQ Event on Tuesday evening. Tickets can be purchased on the form to be sent to you later in your Exhibitor Service Kit.

Exhibit Rules & RegulationsPlease read through all of the Exhibit Rules & Regulations, included in the contract section of this brochure. The Rules & Regulations constitute a part of, and are included in, every contract to exhibit.

The Rules & Regulations include important information, including: No equipment or materials may be displayed or advertised in parking areas or any areas other than the assigned booth space. No exhibit or display item may exceed 8’ in overall height – displays in the front 1/3 of the booth space are limited to a maximum 3’ height. Motorized vehicles are not allowed as exhibit display items. If a forklift or other motorized vehicle is required to unload on-site or to move an item into the booth space, it must be approved and arranged through APWA show management and specific move-in time will be arranged.

Motorized vehicles are not allowed as exhibit display items. If a forklift or other motorized vehicle is required to unload on-site or to move an item into the booth space, it must be approved and arranged through APWA show management and specific move-in time will be arranged.
