Kampus Merdeka Application Preparation for Students
1. Get initial approval from your university by contacting your
Academic Advisor or Faculty Member appointed by your
University. You can ask your advisor
(wali)/faculty/university if they have a dedicated
PIC/Lecturer for Bangkit or Kampus Merdeka.
2. Prepare Po�folio [ Template ] You may copy the template
provided or create your own po�folio. We suggest that
you upload the doc in PDF.
3. Prepare Proposal [ Template ] You may copy the template
provided or create your own proposal. We suggest that you
upload PDF forma�ed documents.
4. Con�rm with your University regarding your supervisor
(pembimbing). You have to inform and communicate with
the selected supervisor beforehand and share with him/her
about Bangkit & the Guide for Supervisor/Lecturers . The
role of the supervisor (pembimbing) will be giving approval,
communicate with Bangkit, as well as crediting your SKS,
grade, and score for the administrative aspects of Kampus
Merdeka.

Kampus Merdeka Application Guide for Students
1. A�er communicating with your Supervisor, Open
h�ps://kampusmerdeka.kemdikbud.go.id/ and click login on the
page
2. If you have an account on the Kampus Merdeka pla�orm.
Skip to step 5 on Login.
Otherwise, if you have no account yet, please click register .

3. Register as a Student with your email. Make sure
your email is the same registered email in PDDikti.
(con�rm with your university regarding which email used
for your pro�le in PDDikti) If you have problem registering,
please consult with [email protected] .
4. Activate your account by clicking the email sent to your
mailbox.

5. Upon activation, please log-in and you’ll be directed to your
dashboard
6. On your dashboard, choose “Studi / Proyek Independen”
(Independent Study/Project)

7. Then choose “Bangkit”.
8. Choose your Supervisor (Pembimbing), upload your
Proposal, Po�folio, and on the
“Keterangan” column, clearly elaborate why you want to join
Bangkit. Your �les should not exceed 5MB in total.
If you can’t select Nama Pembimbing, it means that your
supervisor hasn't registered to Kampus Merdeka pla�orm yet.
Please ask him/her to register using the Guide for
Supervisor/Lecturers .
9. You will get a con�rmation message upon successful
submission.

10. You can monitor the status of your submission status on the
“Kegiatan”/Activity page. Don’t forget to remind your
supervisor to approve ASAP. Should you need to revise your
proposal and/or po�folio, you can re-submit.
11. If you get approved by your supervisor, please click
the “detail” and screenshot. Save
the screenshot for the next step.

12. Go to Bangkit’s Faculty Approval Form using the link
provided in the email titled
Bangkit Assessment Token from [email protected] . Fill in the
details including the screenshot in the previous step. If you
use the correct link, the token �eld will be pre-�lled for
you.
13. That’s all for the Faculty Approval. Please regularly check
your email noti�cations pe�aining to your application status
in Bangkit through 18 January 2021. Check your spam/junk,
updates, promotions folder as well.
