occasion bring boundless joy to all and fill our lives with kindness and generosity.

It is also time again for the war against fire crackers in the Capital, before and

during Diwali. My special appeal to children who are our nation's future. They alone

have the power to help all of us realize the dream of a clean and green Diwali. I appeal

to you to join the anti-fire cracker campaign as "Ambassadors of Change" and urge

your parents, family and friends not to use crackers this Diwali.

Your efforts w'JI bring down air pollution levels and provide huge relief

especially to small kids, elderly and people with ailments. I look forward to your

complete support in this fight against fire-crackers.

Let us pledge to celebrate a safe, bright and pollu tion-Iree Diwali and keep our

city clean and healthy. Let us celebrate this joyous festival with lights, sweets and

love. Stay safe and eco-Iriendly.
