INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen
sweetened sliced strawberries,
thawed and drained
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese,
softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened
condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 tablespoon salt (optional)
1 tablespoon water (optional)
PREP TIME: 1HR
COOK TIME: 45MINS
TOTAL TIME: 1HR 45MINS
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain KOO Black Beans in Brine and
rinse very well.
Combine all the ingredients in a food
processor or blender and blend until
completely smooth.
Refrigerate so the coconut oil
hardens and the mixture is firm
enough to roll into balls with your
hands.
Once rolled, return to the fridge to
chill.
For the chocolate coating. Carefully
melt chocolate.
Line a plate with parchment, dip
chilled balls into the chocolate, then
place on the parchment and cool.

INGREDIENTS120g KOO Black Beans in Brine
2 ½ Tsp virgin coconut oil
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
½ Tbsp pure maple syrup
A pinch of salt
¼ Tsp pure vanilla extract
2 Tbsp castor sugar
100g Chocolate (To melt as a topping)
IMPORTANT:
These can be stored in an
airtight container for up to 1
week.
OR freeze, being sure to fully
thaw before eating.
Not enough! These are so good... 12
