CENDERAWASIH BAY
After a warm welcome from the crew, we
have the full yacht tour and are shown to our
cabins where our baggage awaits. Lunch
is served, followed by a cruise to Mioskon.
This 6-hour journey takes us away from the
hustle and bustle of everyday life, leading us
past the many spectacular, unspoiled islands
including Batanta and Kri. Arriving at Mioskon,
an island teeming with lush jungle and a
variety of birds, we explore the mangroves
on paddleboards, kayaks and snorkel .
After an afternoon of exploration, dinner is
served on board with the possibility of spotting
blue whales.
DAY 1 – SORONG — MIOSKON
Master Cabin
Kayaking
Awake to the views of Mioskon and Waigeo,
with a range of fantastic dive sites. Non-divers
can visit the local villages and trek into the
tropical rainforest to spot the famous birds
of paradise – Waigeo is a haven for some
of the world’s rarest birds. We then cruise
to Kabui Bay and take a tender tour of Kabui
Passage, a narrow channel nearly one
nautical mile long, separating the islands
of Gam and Waigeo. Mangrove wetlands
and the tropical forest vegetation above cast
a mystical emerald green hue on the corals
whilst the air rings with the jungle cries of
its fauna.

wilderness.
Turtle Spotting
After spending the morning in the famed
dive spot of Citrus Ridge, we set sail towards
Aljui Bay. The 3-hour long cruise lends time
to pause and experience the stunning white
sand beaches of Wofu along the way. Once
anchored in Aljui, there is the opportunity
to simply relax on board or dive amidst
the dazzling coral walls full of seemingly

electrifying fire clams, tiny shrimp and crabs,
and a colourful assortment of nudibranch. The
nearby jetty offers a fantastic opportunity to
spot macro creatures such as ghost pipefish,
blue-ringed octopus, and bobtail squid, whilst
the pearl farm offers a once–in–a–lifetime
opportunity to see how pearls are extracted
from their mother.
Diving
We set course for Kawe and the Equator
Islands, located right across the Equator. The
island of Kawe forms an amazing coral network
with its myriad of tiny islands. The currents

snorkel with reef sharks. We take a tender tour,
traversing the Equator Islands for a truly unique
experience before we anchor for the night.
We wake up after spending the night on
the Equator and cruise to the picturesque

for a dive followed by a tender tour or kayak
