Happy Father’s Day— Join us for pie after worship!

Celebration of Life for Doug Chappell will be held at our church on Wednesday, June 23 at 11 am. We will be serving a luncheon afterward and can use help. Go to https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080d4ba9ac2ba0f58-doug to sign up for food to bring or to help serve.

Kids First Summer Carnival and Block Party - Sunday, June 27, 3:30 to 8:30. Volunteers are needed to help with this event. Come and enjoy good food, music and games for the entire family. The BBQ will be from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. There will be a free will offering that will support our Kids First Daycare and Preschool.

Stephen Ministry—did you know? Stephen Ministers often say that being able to walk with people through challenging times in life is a tremendous blessing. It is a great opportunity to use your caring gifts in meaningful ministry. You’ll also learn many caring and relating skills that will be valuable in how you relate to family, friends, coworkers, and others. Consider becoming part of our Fall training class by completing an application form found in the church office.

The June Outreach mission is for the Soup Kitchen and Lakota Center. Needed items include: napkins: paper plates, bowls & cups; plastic silverware. Items should be placed in the Outreach bin in the west end of Fellowship Hall. Monetary donations are also welcome – make checks payable to FUMC & mark Soup Kitchen or Lakota Center in the memo line.
