Hello Pooches & Parents!! Starting June 1st, our hours at 4501 N Ravenswood will expand to: Mon-Sat 8am - 6pm ; Sunday 9am - 5pm
Updated Policies Concerning the COVID-19 Pandemic

In order to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we have made severalchanges to our policies as they pertain to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pleasemake sure to read these guidelines thoroughly and understand that we willstrictly enforce them.
Safety Protocols
1. Urban Pooch staff and clients must wear face masks at all timeswhile inside the facility. This means covering both your mouth andnose. This is following current IL and City of Chicago Policies in place atthis time. If you do not have a face mask, please contact us and we cancome outside to you.
2. We would love to have you browse inside our store, with our policyof 6 maximum people limited inside at any given time – all whilepracticing Social Distancing (6’ or more) AND wearing face masks.
3. All pooch parents must practice Social Distancing guidelines andwear a face mask while in our store and/or lobby. We understand thatyou may want to chat with fellow pooch owners or ask staff a specificquestion, but everyone needs to do so at a safe distance, as defined bythe CDC and City of Chicago. Additionally, pooch parents will need toenter and exit the lobby in a timely manner. We also love chatting witheveryone at the end of the day, but for the sake of safety and in the hopesof creating a neat transition between pooch parents, we ask that everyoneexit the lobby without pause once your pooch has been brought out andonce you finish any shopping in our retail store.

Daycare Policies & New Reservations Required
1. Daycare Reservations: Starting Monday, June 8th, we will be requiringreservations for Daycare at both of our facilities - necessary as we re-open into a new world and continue to ensure the safety and Happinessof all our client pooches. Reservations also enable us to properly staff.
NOTE: We will use the week of June 1st to get all our clients set upwith their credentials and instructions on how to easily book from
their phone or computer.Our system will also allow us to Text you with vaccine remindersand enable you to communicate with us via Text. Very Exciting!
2. NEW Enrichment Program –we are very excited to offer an enhanceddaycare premium service to our client pooches and their parents.Designed and tailored to meet the demands of dogs’ uniquecharacteristics and needs by providing mental stimulation, smaller groupplay of 5-6 dogs, one-on-one play time and rest time throughout ascheduled day. We value each and every pet and pet parent who is a partof the Urban Pooch family, and we are excited to once again, enhance theprograms we currently offer.
a. During the first 2 weeks of June, we will be offering these servicesas value add to specific dogs, whom we feel can best benefit fromthis tailored program. We will connect with those parents to discussin more detail.
b. In the middle of June – we will officially launch our EnrichmentProgram and introduce details and pricing at that time. Stay tunedfor the FUN!
3. Curbside drop-off & pick-up for daycare - just call us to request!

Boarding Services
Boarding Services are in full swing at 4501 N Ravenswood. We also offer Late-night Daycare Pick-up, which has been a valuable service for our FirstResponders! If your pup would like to have a slumber party with us, we wouldlove to see you!
Refund Policy
We are not able to offer refunds (full or partial) at this time for any services. Ifthere is problem with a service or class, we can, at our discretion, offer a credit
to another class, training service or toward retail products in our store.
We realize this document contains a lot of new details and policies. Our goal ismaintaining Safety & Love for your pooch, you, and our entire team. Restassured, we continue with our advanced cleaning protocols, using RESCUE,our disinfectant and are following all CDC Guidelines for small businesses. Inaddition, we have installed plexiglass shields where there is any extendedcontact with our staff.
