The Executive Engineer, Works Division XVIII, P. W. D., Panaji Goa, invites on behalf of the Presiden.t of India, sealed item rate tenders from the approved and eligible contractors upto 3.30.p. m., on 19-7-77 for the following works of Anjunem Irrigation Project at Anjunem in Satari Taluka:-
Name of work: - Construction of Staff Quarters. Type 'A' Temporary.
Estimated Cost Rs. 2,43,919/-, Earnest Money Rs. 6098/Cost of Tender 'Rs. 30/-, Time Limit 240 days.
Tenders wil1'be opened at 4.30 p. m., on the same day. The Earnest Money should be deposited in the State Bank of India (Jr. any SchedUle Bank in the form of Deposit Call Receipt and enclosed with the tender. Condition and tender forms can be had from this office upto.4.00 p. m. on 16-7-77 on'all working days. If requested by. post an amount of Rs.5/- will be charged -extra.
The tender of the contractor who do not deposit Earnest Money in the prescribed manner is liable to be rejected.
Right to reject' any or all the tenders including the lowest without assigning'any reason is reserved. .

Auction notice
The following quantities of Indian Made Foreign Liquor and Country Liquor as well as. the containers confiscated in favour of the Government will be auctioned in the premises of the Excise Station of Bardez Taluka at 11 A. M. on 19th July 1977 to the bidders who offer the highest price.
If necessary the auction for the second and third time will be held at the same time on 20th and 21st July, 1977, respectively, at the above mentioned place.
Only the licensed vendors of liquor will be allowed to participate in the auction. The successful Pidders 'IN-ill have to pay the excise duty if any on the above liquor as well as the bidding price immediately. The Government however reserves the right to reject the bid without assigning any reason thereof. The bid will be final only after the approval of the Commissioner of Excise. For further details please contact the Excise Station of Bardez Taluka at Mapusa in Joshi Building ~o. 2 during Office hours ..
