The Call To Worship ~ based on Psalm 84 ~
Leader: Show us Your steadfast love, O God, and grant us Your salvation.
Unison: How lovely is Your dwelling place, O Lord Almighty! Our souls long, yes, faint for the courts of the Lord. Our hearts and our flesh will sing for joy to the living God, for a single day in Your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else.
Leader: For the Lord God is our Light and our Shield; the Lord bestows favour and honour. No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly.
Unison: O Lord Almighty, blessed are those who trust in You!
Prayer Of Adoration
Songs Of Praise & Worship How Great You Are
Our God is great The Father of creation
His splendour fills the earth The lightning crash
The thunder sings His praises The galaxies cant help
But shout His worth
chorus My soul must sing to You an offering
How great You are My soul must sing
Oh, let the heavens ring How great You are
Oh, how great You are
The Word made flesh Gods promise to the fallen He came with powr to save
The light of life Was crushed for our rebellion
He died our death And rose up from the grave
(repeat chorus)
Our King will come With trumpet blasts resounding
To claim His blood-washed bride Hell rend the skies
Descending in His glory And in an instant faith will turn to sight
Better is One Day
How lovely is Your dwelling place O Lord Almighty
My soul longs and even faints for You For here my heart is satisfied
Within Your presence I sing beneath the shadow of Your wings
chorus Better is one day in Your courts Better is one day in Your house Better is one day in Your courts
Than thousands elsewhere (repeat)
One thing I ask and I would seek To see Your beauty
To find You in The place Your glory dwells
(repeat chorus)
bridge My heart and flesh cry out
For You, the living God Your Spirits water for my soul
Ive tasted and Ive seen Come once again to me I will draw near to You I will draw near to You
(repeat chorus)
Call To Repentance & Renewal
~ based on Psalm 32 (NLT) ~
Leader: Listen to the testimony of the psalmist:
When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day
long. Day and night Your hand of discipline was heavy on me. My strength
evaporated like water in the summer heat. Finally, I confessed all my sins to
You and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, I will confess my
rebellion to the Lord. And You forgave me! All my guilt is gone.
Prayer Of Confession ~ Silent Confession & Reflection ~
The Words Of The Gospel ~ based on Psalm 145:14; 1 John 1:8-9 ~
Leader: Hear the Good News: The Lord upholds all who are falling, and raises up all who are bowed down. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Hearing these comforting words, if you sincerely turn from your sins by turning in trust to the Lord Jesus Christ who came to save sinners, I declare to you in the Name of Jesus Christ that you are indeed forgiven!
Song Of Response
Jesus Paid It All (O Praise the One)
I hear the Saviour say Thy strength indeed is small
Child of weakness, watch and pray Find in Me thine all in all
chorus Jesus paid it all
All to Him I owe Sin had left a crimson stain He washed it white as snow
Lord, now indeed I find Thy power and Thine alone Can change the lepers spots And melt the heart of stone
And when before the throne I stand in Him complete
Jesus died my soul to save My lips shall still repeat
(repeat chorus)
bridge Oh, praise the One who paid my debt And raised this life up from the dead

Song Of Preparation
O Great God
O great God of highest heaven Occupy my lowly heart
Own it all and reign supreme Conquer every rebel power Let no vice nor sin remain That resists Your holy war
You have loved and purchased me Make me Yours forevermore
I was blinded by my sin Had no ears to hear Your voice Did not know Your love within Had no taste for heaven's joys Then Your Spirit gave me life Opened up Your Word to me
Through the gospel of Your Son Gave me endless hope and peace
Help me now to live a life That's dependent on Your grace
Keep my heart and guard my soul From the evils that I face
You are worthy to be praised With my every thought and deed O great God of highest heaven Glorify Your Name through me

Songs For Communion Amazing Grace
(My Chains Are Gone)
Amazing grace How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me I once was lost, but now I'm found
Was blind, but now I see
'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear And grace my fears relieved
How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed
chorus My chains are gone
I've been set free My God, my Saviour has ransomed me
And like a flood His mercy reigns Unending love, amazing grace
The Lord has promised good to me
His word my hope secures He will my shield and portion be
As long as life endures
The earth shall soon dissolve like snow The sun forbear to shine
But God, Who called me here below Will be forever mine Will be forever mine You are forever mine
I Will Rise
There's a peace I've come to know Though my heart and flesh may fail
There's an anchor for my soul I can say "It is well"
Jesus has overcome
And the grave is overwhelmed The victory is won
He is risen from the dead
chorus And I will rise when He calls my name
No more sorrow, no more pain I will rise on eagles' wings
Before my God fall on my knees And rise, I will rise
There's a day that's drawing near
When this darkness breaks to light And the shadows disappear
And my faith shall be my eyes
Jesus has overcome And the grave is overwhelmed
The victory is won He is risen from the dead
(repeat chorus)
bridgeAnd I hear the voice of many angels sing
"Worthy is the Lamb" And I hear the cry of every longing heart
"Worthy is the Lamb" (repeat)
(repeat chorus)
Our Confession Of Faith
~ Heidelberg Catechism #1 ~
Leader: Christian, what is your only comfort in life and in death?
Unison: That I belong body and soul, in life and in death not to myself but to my faithful Saviour Jesus Christ, who at the cost of His own blood has fully paid for all my sins and has completely freed me from the dominion of the devil
that He protects me so well that without the will of my Father in heaven, not a hair can fall from my head; indeed, that everything must fit his purpose for my salvation.

Summer Preaching Series: Relationships. They are the stuff of life. With them we can prosper. Without them, we flounder. But the big question is, How do we navigate relationships in our modern world where there seems to be so much confusion about relationships? Join us this summer as we take a look at relationships through the lens of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We'll answer questions like What are relationships for? Why do relationships get wrecked? Is marriage really a smart choice in our modern world? How are we to understand our sexuality? Is there any hope for my sense of relational brokenness? How do I view my singleness? Isn't divorce the easy way out? Is there a wise way to think about family?
Each week there will be a time of Q & A right after the sermon. Pastor John will also be available in the boardroom after the service for further discussion, questions & prayer.
