We’d love to know you are here today, so take a moment to fill out the Connection Card found in this worship guide, which includes a place where you can let us know about prayer concerns and/or questions you might have. Place the Connection Card into the offering plate/basket or at a BLUE BOX, found at each exit. Thanks again for gathering with us today at Crossings!

1. _______________________________________________________________________ (John 15:5)

2. _______________________________________________________________________ (John 16:33)

EXPERIMENTPut this card somewhere you will see it each week.

REMEMBER:God had mercy on you so that Christ Jesus could use youas a prime example of His great patience. (1 Timothy 1:16)

THANK GOD:Thank You, Father God, for Your patience with me.Thank You for Your grace and mercy in my life.

1) Wherever you are today, be there. Don’t think about what is next or all that needs to be done. Be present.2) Slow down. Look for ways to be patient. For example, take 30-45 minutes for each meal, eating slowly.

3) “Be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to get angry.” (James 1:19) Anger is born out of judgement. Patience removes us from the seat of judgement and leaves it to God.

THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT IS PATIENCE.
