Participation - Foundation
• Every Member Every Year– Clubs qualify when every member makes a
donation and the average yearly amount is >$100/member
– Based on recent year’s donations this years Foundation goal has been set at $4,000 and we have ~40 members
– Everybody should make a donation!!!
– We are asking for $25 with first payment of dues
Participation
• Do one significant thing for Rotary– Sponsor a new
member– Organize an event– Coordinate the
sponsorship of a charity
– Take a board position– …have some fun with it
Follow a Plan
• Be strategic in our efforts
• Use a planning calendar to make sure members are on the same page about what is going on in our club
• Solicit new members to organize events that board members are unable to run
