    Christ

  • And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to death - even death on a cross!

Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Amen.

    The Benediction

    ~ Hebrews 13:20-21 ~

Leader: Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever.

    Unison: Amen!

He is one of the missionaries that New City Church supports.

Summer Preaching Series: Relationships. They are the stuff of life. With them we can prosper. Without them, we flounder. But the big question is, How do we navigate relationships in our modern world where there seems to be so much confusion about relationships? Join us this summer as we take a look at relationships through the lens of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We'll answer questions like What are relationships for? Why do relationships get wrecked? Is marriage really a smart choice in our modern world? How are we to understand our sexuality? Is there any hope for my sense of relational brokenness? How do I view my singleness? Isn't divorce the easy way out? Is there a wise way to think about family?

Save The Date: NCC Annual Church Retreat Our annual retreat will be at Camp Harmattan again. Please make plans to join us! Registration forms are available in the lobby. Please turn them in to Shannon de Jong or Gayle Eng. Space is limited!

To all who are spiritually weary and seek rest, to all who mourn and long for comfort, to all who struggle and desire victory,

to all who sin and need a Saviour, to all who are strangers and want fellowship,

to all who are broken and long for healing, to all who hunger and thirst for righteousness,

and to whosoever would come, New City Church opens wide her doors

and offers welcome in the Name of Jesus Christ.
