This is a Self- Cleanup Show. Please carry poop bags and bring garbage bags as well.

All garbage is to be put in the dumpster provided.

All areas are to self cleaned and left clean upon your departure each day.

COMPLIANCE

At no time will more than 100 persons be permitted into Queens Park. Waivers must be presented upon arrival at the gate and you will receive a wristband.

No waiver no entry...no excuses. There will be no public or spectators permitted. Masks and/or face shields will be worn by all persons while onsite at Queens Park, Tavistock Recreation Center

This includes show precincts, parking lots, grooming, and camping areas.

Masks mandatory in show precincts, parking lots, grooming, and camping areas. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note the judging schedule has specific ring times for breeds with breaks every 20 to 25 dogs The breaks will permit enough time get the scheduled dogs completed and the new dogs into the ring area. There is a scheduled break at the beginning and following each ring call. Grooming your dog prior to arrival will facilitate an easier transition into the ring as there will be very little time to do so. As a courtesy to other exhibitors and to minimize congestion please do not arrive at the venue more than 30 minutes before your designated ring time. The dogs will be called by breed at the gate. It is your responsibility to be on time and ready to go when called. Please check the schedule. Only the person exhibiting the dog will be allowed past the gate. The professional handlers and their assistants (when available), will assist other exhibitors in getting their dogs to the ring area and help to hold dogs.

The venue will be open at 6 AM and close and 10 PM.

Owners dropping off dogs to handlers on the day of a show must report to the entry gate (before 7AM) and then exit the venue.

People dropping off dogs will not be permitted beyond the gate. Owners dropping off dogs must wear a mask while doing so.

Dogs and exhibitors must not be onsite between the hours of 10 PM and 6AM. There shall be no grooming in the pavilion as originally offered because it is now considered indoors

and Show ‘N Go exhibitors will not be permitted to install popups even on a temporary basis.

Exhibitors are not permitted on the show grounds Thursday unless otherwise notified.

Washrooms in the pavilion are not considered under the regulations as indoors and are available to exhibitors. There are no food vendors on site. Please come prepared with food and beverages.

These are trying times as everyone knows, and the Wildwood KC and its staff remain diligent with regards to Compliance. There will be numerous Safety Monitors, throughout Queens Park ensuring your safety and the safety of others. These monitors are representatives of the Wildwood KC and will report to the Show Chairperson or Show Superintendent any instances of noncompliance or acts of verbal defiance, arguing etc. And without hesitation the person / persons will be asked to vacate the venue immediately. In addition, an Official Complaint will be filed by club with the Canadian Kennel Club.

The Wildwood KC acknowledges that these procedures are not the normal way of hosting an event, but in order to remain compliant we are going to follow the

Regulations as set out by The Health Department.

We are a strong community of dog lovers but more importantly we are friends.

I also attest that I have NOT been in contact with or exposed to any known carrier of Covid-19 within the past 14 days.
