Judges Registration
If at any time you have any difficulty you can email

The QRSTF committee would like to thank‐you for becoming a judge and helping to encourage the
scientific enthusiasm of our area’s young scientists.
I am a Judge and already have an account
1. Click on Login/Register. If you have already been a judge or you have been sent a login
click on this. Make sure you have your email and password ready.
2. Insert your email address and your password. If you cannot remember your login there
is a link to click to recover it. (See Recover Login)
Proceed to Inputting data into your file once you are logged in. (Inputting Personal/Event Data)

I am a new Judge and would like to register to judge
1. Click on Login/Register
2. Click on “I am a new Judge and would like to register to judge
3. You may be asked some questions before you continue that may help the committee with
organizing the event.
4. There are three emails you can send to, to request a login and password. Make sure that
you have a valid email to use. We use your email address as your login and we will send you
a password that you can change at any time.
5. Once you get your password , login and fill in the personal and event data. (Inputting
Personal/Event Data)
Recover Login/Password
This section is if you cannot remember your password and want it to be reset.
1. Click on Login/Register
2. Click on “I am a judge and I already have an account
3. Click on “click here to recover it”
4. Fill in the boxes with your first and last name and the email you used to login in with the
last time you were able to log in.
5. Click on “Reset my Password”
6. A new password will be sent to you that you can log in with and change if you wish.
7. If at any time you have any difficulty you can email [email protected] ,
Inputting Personal/Event Data
Contact Information
1. Once you have logged in as a judge you will be presented with many options.
2. The first option is to click on “Contact Information”
3. Fill in all the information. You must fill in the starred fields or the section will not be
complete.
4. Once you have filled in the important information click on “Save Personal Information”
5. Once you click “Save Personal Information” It will have a green band appear stating
complete
6. This needs to be done to each section before your judge’s registration is complete.
7. Click on “Judge Registration” to continue entering information
Other Information
1. Now you will see that the contact information is complete.
2. Click on “Other Information”
3. Click the appropriate boxes, enter the years of experience and education.
4. Once you click on “Save Information” The completed green band across the top will
appear.
5. Click on to return to the menu.
6. You will notice now that you have two areas completed.
Areas of Expertise
1. Now Click on “Areas of Expertise”
2. In this section, you need to select the areas in which you have expertise to judge.
This allows our committee to place in specific judging categories or special awards.
3. In the “Age Category Preferences”
4. Choose your comfort level or level in which you wish to be placed. If you choose
“Indifferent” you could be placed at that level.
5. Under “Division Expertise” choose areas that you feel you have some expertise in
and rate it from 1 as novice and 5 as expert.
6. Under the “Other Areas of Expertise not listed above” please type in any other
areas that are pertinent.
7. Once you click on “Save Information” The completed green band across the top will
appear.
8. Click on “Judge Registration” to return to menu
1. You completed the main part of the registration. Thank‐you
2. You need to check into this area as the fair’s date gets closer. You will need to
see if any information has changed, when the orientation for judges is and what
your schedule may be like for the day.
3. We are always looking for judges for the special awards, and the second round of
judging in the afternoon.
Other Options and Things to Do:
Check the Judging Schedule
1. Click on this option if you wish to check the judging team you have been assigned to
or the schedule for the day. It is not assigned until a week or closer to the date of
the science fair.
Change Password
1. Click on this option if you wish to change your password at any time.
2. Enter in the new password and click “Change Password”
3. Read the restrictions on the password before you click “Change Password” or it will
reject it.
Activate/Deactivate Role
1. This section allows you to Re‐Activate you role as judge, Deactivate your role, Remove
you Role as Judge or Delete the Entire Account.
2. Be careful in this section, you could delete your entire account. If you want to leave this
section click on the “Judge Main” to return to the menu.
3. Read the options carefully before you select or return to the main judge’s menu.
Now that you are complete you can click on the “Logout “ on the menu to the right. Thank‐
