DayDay- FLIGHT FROM BEIJING TO DALI -

(BLD) Then see you in the airport and go to the hotel. Two options for local hotel. In the old town of Dali or stay in the Xizhou village. we will arrange the hotel according to your exact request and our convenience of our program. (We try to look for the nice hotel with

closed yard where you can do some yoga or otheractivites). Landscape in ancient town of Dali.

DayDay- CANGSHAN MOUNTAIN -

55We will take the cable to the Cangshan mountain, appreciating the lovely Erhai lake and the deep green mountain as well. Afternoon, we will go to visit the local Buddhism temple, that is not a place for satisfying the tourists. It’s a real local temple where the abbot knows very well of Chinese Kung Fu, many foreigner students follow him, and if it’s possible, we can do some communication with him or his disciples. Landescape in Dali.

DayDay66- WEISHAN Y WEIBAOSHAN -

(BLD) We will go to the Weishan old town and Weibaoshan, the Taoism highlight, which is very quiet

place and we can do some yoga etc.

DayDay 77- SHIBAOSHAN MOUNTAIN -

(BLD) Go to visit the Shibaoshan mountain with his zen temple ,Shaxi ancient town . One tree guest house

DayDay 88- SHANGRI - LA 8.(BLD)

Go to the Shangri-La by bus, on the way we can have a look the tiger leaping gorge, the deepest gorge of the world, then continue our trip to the Shangri-La. free time for

the local old town.

DayDay 99- SONGZANLISHI MONASTERY -

(BLD) Songzanlishi monastery, nicknamed the little Potala palace. The biggest monastery in the Yunnan

province, visit the local Tibetan family. Baiji monastery and Napahai lake.

DayDay 1010- ARRIVE IN LHASA -

Arrival at Lhasa by flight (L,D) Alititude:3650m. Arrive in Lhasa Gongkhar airport,you will be greeted by your Tibetan guide once you arrive , from airport to Lhasa city is 70km, around one hour drive will take you to the holy city Lhasa; Afternoon have

a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude.Overnight at Lhasa.

Lhasa City sightseeing (B,L,D). Visit Potala Palace this morning ,who is the worldwide known cardinal landmark of Tibet. The massive structure itself contains a small world within it. Mostly it is renowned as residence of the Dalai Lama lineages (Avalokiteshvara). Visit Jokhang temple this afternoon,who is the most scared shrine in Tibet which was built in 7th century and located at the heart of old town in Lhasa, the circuit around it called Barkhor street, which is a good

place to purchase souvenirs. Overnight at Lhasa.

visit Ganden(or Drepung) and Sera monasteries (B,L,D)Morning you will make a excursion trip to Ganden Monastery(about 70km drive from Lhasa), which ranks the first among the six largest monasteries of Gelugpa. In addition to its magnificent architecture and religious importance, there is a extremely fabulous view on top of the Ganden Wangpo Hill, and Kichu valley is behind Ganden monastery, it is strongly suggested to hiking around the monastery and take a bird-eye view of the valley. Early

afternoon drive back to Lhasa to visit Sera monastery for its famous monks debating.
