Introduction
Jonathan Miller is an Estate Planning and Business Law attorney with extensive experience supporting families, individuals, and businesses. He regularly represents clients with development of an estate plan which might include trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Jonathan also counsels clients in probate and trust administration matters. He is passionate about the work he does, helping clients achieve peace of mind in their personal and professional lives. Jonathan is experienced in all aspects of business transactions from formations, trademark and copyright protections, through expansions, mergers, acquisitions, buy-sells, and dissolutions. His business work also extends to assisting clients with non-profit, franchise, and other unique business arrangements. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Jonathan assists clients in the purchase, sale, lease, and all related transactions involved in the real estate industry. He currently meets with clients in the Salt Lake City office and in Bountiful.
