plier of steel, plastic and fibre strap as well as

stretch film, tools and gears for their applica-

tion. “Our goal is to guarantee a complete

le), stainless steel strap, plastic strap (high

quality polyester and polypropylene), petband

(polyester woven fabric strap), stretch film (for

Joint System offers the best lashing sy-

stems to secure your cargo when travel-

ling by sea, land and air. The crimp sy-

stem is designed to strap and lash coils,

cellulose trunks and any other heavy

product on ships and trains. The crimp

systems is a combination of: pneuma-

tic tensioner, pneumatic pincer, strap

cutting shear, dispenser, USLM steel

strap and NCR seals. Cargo securing

system is a combination of: polyester

woven straps (breaking load up to 7500

daN) to even secure the heaviest car-

gos; dunnage bags to fill empty gaps

inside containers.

You cannot do without when you need your goods to be protected inside the container during transport and avoid damages caused by shifting and moving around while travelling by trains, sea, road or air. Just place them between your cargo’s empty gaps and inflate them to keep your goods steady.

Anti-slip mats are made of recycled rubber material. They are positioned between goods and loading floor in order to avoid slipping due to abrupt acceleration, sudden braking etc.

Only recently we have realized how im-

portant is recycling to us. Our age has

seen the recycling industry growing and

developing, in fact, it is so important

today to reduce scrap as much as we

can to minimize costs. We are well awa-

re that a load of steel bands or wires is

a huge waste of space, no to mention

that transport and handling are also

expensive in terms of money, time and

energy. In order to avoid this waste it

is necessary to chop the scrap exactly

on its point of generation (POG). Joint

System offers tailor-made choppers to

fulfil all customer’s needs, whatever the

product and its dimension, from plastic

strap to ACSR cables, and also scraps

from metal industries.

For over 50 years this chopper has been used in industries with big quantities of scrap to chop such as plastic and metal straps, light strips, slitters scraps and other material.

c 450 wm XHD

With an infeed opening of 9 cm, this chopper is designed to chop larger material. It can chop 10 x 2 - 12,7 x 1,6 - 19 x 1,17 - 0,8 x 0,8 and 25 x 0,8 mm steel bands and all polyester and polypropylene straps.

c 5503 XHD

This chopper has been designed to fulfil the needs of most demanding customers, chopping high volumes of metal, plastic and glass fibres. It is a sturdy and long lasting equipment which does not require much maintenance.
