Project Aims and Objectives:
To undertake a building refurbishment to an existing multi-storey office accommodation. Total floor area = 55,000 square feet.
Project Manager Duties Included:
1. Pre-construction Phase• Defined the Clients brief
• Procured and led a design team
• Production of Specification / Tender with Proposed drawings,
• Production of OHSE Docs & programme
• Tender Analysis and Report
• Production and lodging the Landlords ‘Consent to alter’
• Contracts & Procurement of Contractors
2. Construction Phase• Contract Administration
• Chairing Site Meetings
• Weekly structured site monitoring meetings
• Determining site instructions & variations
• Progress claims
• Snagging and granting Practical Completion
3. Post Construction Phase• Settling the final financial account
• H&S File
• 12 month defects liability period
Accomplishments:
Due to the nature of the clients business, all works needed to be undertaken during the night therefore, effective strategic planning was required during the day with the Facilities Managers, Floor Managers, Stakeholders and the Client. Access to offices was pre-agreed basis and I needed to apply effective interpersonal and communication skills to progress the works.

Project Aims and Objectives:
To undertake a refurbishment to an existing multi-storey office accommodation with a floor are a of 9,500 square feet. The Client amalgamated three regional offices in to one building.
Project Manager Duties Included:
1. Pre-construction Phase• Defined the Clients brief
• Procured and led a project team
• Invited selected contractors to Tender
• Tender Analysis and Report
• Production and lodging the Landlords ‘Consent to alter’
• Planning and Building Licence submissions
2. Construction Phase• Contract Administration
• Chairing Site Meetings
• Daily structured site monitoring meetings
• Determining site instructions & variations
• Progress claims
• Snagging and granting Practical Completion
3. Post Construction Phase• Settling the final financial account
• H&S File
• 12 month defects liability period
Accomplishments:
Due to the Client business, specialising in disabled recruitment, I produced a standard for disabled fit outs. This disabled standard went above the UK disabled codes and British Standards and addressed short comings. My disabled standard was then used on other projects.

Johnson Controls Security Network (Sales Diagram – Not Actual Installations)
Projects:As part of the AON and Johnson Controls five year contract, security upgrades across all offices the UK, was required.
• Replacing & upgrading Access Controls throughout three offices with Johnson Controls security. The office security system was Linked through an IP address to a control point to Aon HQ at Devonshire Square, London.

Accomplishments:As 80 % of all UK digital broadcasting comes from BBC Media Village, close liaisons and micro – planning with the broadcasting staff, was
required to avoid broadcasting failures. Tracing of electrical circuits became paramount to determine what was used for critical activities.
I delivered the project on budget and ahead of programme.
