Created a PMO Designed and implemented a formal project management structure and governance

procedure (Agile Prince hybrid)

Segmented the Business analyst and Project manager functions to facilitate logical separated and efficient project delivery function reducing the project portfolio from 140 to 65 in the first 12 months through delivery and rationalisation.
