Job Profile Responsible for the Purchase, Set-up, Testing and Interfacing of various equipments. Maintenance of Equipment through part service, Calibration and Preventive Maintenance. Maintaining the proper documents of the Medical Equipments as per JCIA, NABH, ISO

standards.

Managing the in-house performance analysis of Ventilators Defibrillators, Electrosurgical

units, Patient Monitors, Syringe pumps & Infusion Pumps.

To follow up with the vendors for any breakdown under Annual Maintenance and Compre-

hensive Maintenance Contract Equipments.

To provide first level service and support to equipments thereby reducing the equipment

down time.

Corrective maintenance of equipment under specified departments.

Update the aging list on daily basis for Medial Equipments.

On Call Service, Service maintenance, customer support, service related data collection,

PMS and CMS

Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues.

Control costs for assigned area.

Creating and maintaining reference base for existing installation base and for new products.
