II. GENERAL

I. Candidates for the post(s) mentioned at Sr.No.1 to 33 are required to submitone (01) set of application on the prescribed forms and remaining all otherposts are submit their applications on plain papers along with attested copiesof degrees, result cards, transcripts and certificates with Research Work /Publications. In case, degree has not been issued, a certificate to that effectsigned by the Controller of Examinations might be accepted. In all cases,statement of experience must be supported by certificates from theemployers.

II. Application forms can be had from the Deputy Registrar (Admin-I) by hand orby mail by sending a large size self-addressed envelop with Rs.25/- postagestamps. Forms will not be sent by post if an envelope as indicated is not sent.In case, application forms are required by courier service etc., a Bank draft ofRs.100/- in favour of the Treasurer, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan

be sent. Application form can also be down loaded from B.Z.University website:www.bzu.edu.pk.

III. Applicants from abroad may submit their applications on plain paper, butthey must supply complete bio-data along with copies ofdegrees/testimonials and experience certificates without which theapplication will not be considered.

IV. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applicationforms with necessary documents, complete in all respect.

V. Applications must be accompanied with bank draft (non- refundable) ofRs.200/- for the posts mentioned at Sr.No.01 to 10 and Rs.100/- for the postsmentioned at Sr.No.11-33, in favour of theTreasurer, Bahauddin ZakariyaUniversity, Multan. Applicants from abroad must send with their applicationa draft of $ 15/- (US) drawn in favour of the Treasurer.

VI. A most recent passport size photograph should be affixed on the applicationform.

VII. Candidates already in service of a Government/ Semi-GovernmentDepartment or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channelby the due date, otherwise their application will not be entertained.Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, eventhough posted before the last date. Incomplete applications shall also not beentertained.

VIII. Last date for receipt of applications in the office of the Registrar is 10th April, 2010during office hours.
