1. VENDOR MANAGEMENT

- Searching new vendor-Maintaining relationship with exiting Vendors.- Looking for Requirement of warehouse regarding equipment like, rodent box, glue trap,banners,FE,Moisture meter,Dunnage.-Taking follow up of payment of vendors & equipment dispatched.Looking for calibration Certificate Of Equipment.

2. INVENTORY TRACKER

-Maintaining inventory details during 6 month.- Taking follow up of inventory Coding

3. OPERATION UPDATE.

-Preparing operation update PPT as well as Excel sheet within 1st Fortnight and for whole month-It include Top 10 client according to their present quantity,New warehouse details with respect month,Transaction (both Inward and outward)details Region as well as Sate wise, Team member details region wise,Own fumigation details,and inventory of Fumigation.

4. Quality Approval

-Regarding unloading of commodity quality parameter coordation with Client.

5. CHR

-Coordination with client for Commodity Health Report during 1st Fortnight and 2nd Fortnight.

6. FUMIGATION

-coordination with client regarding fumigation approval mail.-Coordination with Ranjit sir for Fumigation Bill.

7. Audit Tracker.

Maintaining Audit tracker of all warehouse.

8. Security Guard Tracker

- Maintaining Security Guard details of all location, For accounting purpose.

9. Warehouse data base

- Collecting data from warehouse incharge regarding other warehouse details with respect to their location.
