EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

POSITION OVERVIEW The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning people strategies to business outcomes. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains a high level of business acumen and financial knowledge, the business’ short- and long-term plans, its culture, the industry, and competition. The HRBP provides coaching and support on employee relations, talent and performance management, compensation, and total rewards, change and people management issues, learning and development, leadership development and communication. The HRBP supports the creation and deployment of HR programs and processes and contributes to continuous improvements and best practices to influence human resources strategies and business outcomes. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Conducts routines meetings with respective business unit leaders to align business strategies to people outcomes.

• Provide coaching and expertise on people and culture issues and proactively builds people strategies to align with business outcomes.

• Consults and coaches people managers, providing HR guidance and expertise.

• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, employment law, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal and compliance teams as required.

• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, performance management, performance improvement plans, and corrective actions).

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention, create and sustain a highly engaged workforce and high performing culture.

• Develops talent acquisition strategies and works with the business leaders and HR team to execute on the acquisition for all employment arrangements and establishes offer letters and contract offers for new hires.

• Leads the development of compensation and total rewards programs and the annual cycle for compensation review inclusive of base pay, AIP and LTI. Support position evaluation and grading of positions.

• Builds, leads, and implements the talent management cycles (at least annually) to identify, assess and develop talent in support of short, mid and long-term goals.

• Establishes change management in routines and builds programs to support ongoing business transformation.

• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

• Identifies needs and builds learning and development programs for the workforce and leadership development programs for people leaders and executives.

• Provide input and support to the CHRO in the general operations of the HR function. • Review and ensure effectiveness of day to day operations of the HR function. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to establish people and culture strategies to align to business outcomes. • Strong ability to delivery advice and coaching. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws,

guidelines, regulations, and policies

• Expert knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation and total rewards, talent acquisition, talent and performance management, organizational assessment, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employment laws.

EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 12 years of experience of increasing HR leadership responsibility. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
