LINKAGES DIRECTORATE.

OVERALL QUALITY OBJECTIVE: To strengthen and expand collaboration and partnership with industry and other organisations.In this regard, the directorate has been making links with different esteemed reputable institutions globally.

PREAMBLE

Linkages Directorate is one of the four (4) directorates in the division of research production and extension. The Directorate

has been fulfilling one of the mandate stipulated in the university statues. The Directorate has been coordinating all the

collaborative activities that the university has been engaging in. Collaboration activities involve linking the university with

other institutions for mutual benefit which are varied. These range from research, consultancies, industrial exposure, joint

academic programmes, faculty exchange, capacity building, just to name but a few. In this regard, therefore the Directorate

has the responsibility of developing instruments necessary for establishing the necessary framework under which the

different parties work. The instruments drawn include, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Memorandum of

Agreement (MoA) and Financial memorandum (FM).
