For my thesis project, I built a full scale construction of a
12x8 nomadic micro home that usesCNC-cut, stacking boxes that go
together like LEGOs. The ease of construction allows the building
to be erected in unusual locations like front yards, parking lots,
rooftops...

The project is designed for the house to be taken apart and
moved. The boxescan be rearranged allowing the user to shape the
house in which they live.

A study of the material properties of plywood. The space has a
seat so that the occupants feet dangle. The sights and sounds which
do seep into the space are heightened and or re-examined, allowing
peripheral information to become important.

2,000 sq. ft. office cubes inside a renovated steel building
that used to house trolley cars. The project, currently under
construction, will receive historic preservation tax credits and is
applying for LEED-Silver certification. My role was leader of
schematic design and construction documents.

While working at the Community Design Assistance Center, I
designed this 14x140 booklet as presentation material for the St.
Paul High School Ecology Club and the Nature Conservancy for a
wetlands research center on the high schools campus.
