We manufacture Automatic Weighing and Packaging Machines as per International Standards. We have all the facilities to undertake the manufacturing of the Weighing and Bagging Systems at our own manufacturing unit at Vatwa near Ahmedabad. JASUBHAI ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. High Speed Operation and High AccuracyThe UBM 85-50 has achieved speed of up to 20 bags/min with accuracies as low as 25 gm/sigma and the UBM 85-10 accuracies down to 10 gm/sigma with speed of up to 25 weighments/min depending upon material characteristic.MINI-UBM Model for weighment from 1 to 10 kg.
UBM 85-50 Gravity Fed WeigherDesigned for accurately weighing free flowing granular materials (fertiliser, grain, plastic pellets, granulated sugar, seeds, etc) at high speed. Duplex Weigher installations with alternate or multiple discharge controls offer high-speed economy for bagging of IBC weigh filling.
UBM 85-50 with Different FeedersStandard Designs are available with Belt, Agitators. Screw vibratory feeder rotary air lock valve and customised multi feeder assemblies for handling various materials like granular, powder, cubes powder, chemicals, etc.
The Key Achievements with Highest PerformanceSingle hermetically sealed, temperature compensated, imported tension loadceII with overload protection stops in both overload and reverse load directions of movement. The design obviates dust/din built-up, friction wear and corrosion ‘traps’.Isolation from the weigh pan and feed control sections minimises product contamination influences.The weighing system design eliminates side forces and accepts off-center weigh pan loading with no detrimental effects. Extremely easy, long lasting and very accurate calibration results.A range of standard weight pans, with different capacities, discharge door arrangements and materials of construction ensures optimum material discharge.
PLC Based High-Speed Weigher ControllerTo match the new UBM 85 weigher has developed an entirely new ‘state-of-the-art’ PLC based Weigher Controller optional user friendly operator interface.
