DRILLING RISERS INSPECTION/ MAINTENANCE:

We offer complete dimensional Inspectional Inspection of drilling risers along with non-destructive Inspectionusing the State-of-the-Act equipment & Technology.

Within the past seven years we have perform inspection services along with blasting and coating toover 300 varieties of drilling risers both onsite and offsite.

MARINE RISER INSPECTION STANDARDS:

We employ the following Riser Inspection program in Inspection of all Manufactured Marine Drilling Risers:

1 Dog Style Risers Examples of the Dog Style are ; MR-6, MR-4, RCK, FC-8, FD-8, and DT-2.

2.Flange RiserExamples of the Flange Style risers include MR-F and HMF-FT.

JEF TECH LIMITED also carries out Visual Inspection & Ultrasonic Testing, referencing ASTM E317-94, ASTM E494-95, ASNT SNT-TC-1A and Customers Specifications.

Our Liquid Penetrant examination reference ASTM E165, API 6A, ASNT SNT-TC-1A and CustomersSpecifications.

While our Magnetic Particle examination procedure follows the following standard; Customers Standard, ASTME165 , API 6A, ASNT SNT-TC-1A,API 6A, ASME, MIL-STD-27IF (SH), ANSI/ASME B31.2.

JEF TECH Nigeria Limited has its business operated from Port Harcourt, Nigeria and has been providing bespoke subsea inspection services and other vital support services to the Nigeria oil industry for many years.

The main focal department, Subsea Inspection Section is well known for its Subsea Engineering expertiseespecially with deep water operators.

Our Technical Partner NEWSTAR SUBSEA often engages the services of Harry Waters, a well known experton subsea engineering Services as Operations Director for its Subsea Inspection Operations. a dedicated team of subsea engineers and assistants providing either the capability for the full management of risers including storagethrough to the quick mobilization of onsite services throughout Nigeria and West Africa assists Harry in hisprofessional manoeuvring .Harry is permanently based in Takoradi, Ghana at NEWSTAR SUBSEA operationfacility, where he coordinates subsea inspection activities around West African offshore.

JEF TECH has been operating in Nigeria for Over 5 years and providing the full range of inspection services

covering NDT, tubular and lifting equipment through to personnel procurement, lifting management,

construction Projects and training services. With our business operating from our facilities in Port Harcourt where it benefits from on the ground
