grayscale, high resolution (300dpi or greater) Photoshop-compatible EPS, TIFF,

JPEG or PDF files. If supplying layered files, all support images and fonts must be

included with all fonts converted to outlines.

Other acceptable file formats are: Mac-compatible InDesign CS6 or Illustrator

EPS files, collected with all working files and Postscript fonts (screen and printer)

included. Publisher is not liable for inferior outcome if guidelines are not followed.

This publication prints in a web offset, CMYK format and to SWOP standards.

For color critical ads two digital color proofs must be provided, created from the

supplied digital file on a contract-quality, digital halftone proofing system in

accordance with SWOP standards (Imation Digital Matchprint, Kodak Approval,

Iris, Rainbow, etc.)

Laser or inkjet proofs are not considered accurate in color and will be used for

content confirmation only. Publisher is not liable for color inaccuracy if guidelines

are not followed and color proofs not supplied.

No conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on the space order, bill-ing instructions, or copy instructions

which conflict with the Publisher’s stated policies will be binding on the Publisher.

All advertising orders are accepted subject to the terms and provisions

of the current rate card. Orders accepted are subject to change in rates upon notice from the Publisher. However, orders may be cancelled at the time the change in rates becomes effective without incurring a short-rate adjustment, provided the rate has been earned up to the date of cancellation.

A contract year, or twelve-month period, starts from the date of the

first insertion. Twelve-month periods do not overlap; in other words, space counted in one contract period to determine the rate for that period cannot be counted again towards determining the rate for the subse-quent or past periods.

Verbal instructions regarding the inser-tions, contracts, changes, and copy

must be immediately confirmed in writing.

The forwarding of an order is con-strued as acceptance of all rates and

conditions which apply at the time of sale.

All advertising is subject to Publisher’s approval. The Publisher reserves the

right to reject advertising which he or she feels is not keeping with the publication’s standards.

The Publisher shall have no liability for errors in key numbers or advertisers

index.

The Publisher’s liability for any error will not exceed the charge for the

advertisement in question.

The Publisher assumes no liability if, for any reason, it becomes necessary

to omit an advertisement.

Cancellation or change in orders may not be made by the advertiser or its

agency after the 5th of the month prior to cover date.

The Publisher is not liable for delays in delivery and/or nondelivery in the

event of an Act of God, action by any gov-ernment or quasi-government entity, fire, flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strike, whether legal or illegal, labor or mate-rial shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, or any condition beyond the control of the Publisher affect-ing production or delivery in any manner.

Requests for specific position are given consideration, but no guarantee is

made unless the position premium has been provided in the contract.

The Publisher reserves the right to hold the advertiser and/or its agency

Advertisers and their agencies assume liability for all content of advertise-

ments printed, and for any claims arising therefrom made against the Publisher.

SPECIAL POSITIONSSpecified pages or proximity to monthly columns, add 15% to applicable rates. Only for 1/2 page or larger. Specify on insertion order. Position not guaranteed if material is late. Continuous page placements. 15% extra after first page.

COMMISSIONS & BILLINGAgency Commissions: 15% of gross billing allowed to recognized advertising agen-cies on space, color, and position, provided account is paid within 30 days of invoice date.

Commission is not allowed on other charg-es such as backing up inserts, trimming, printing of inserts, etc. No cash discounts. Cancellations and changes should be con-sidered executed unless acknowledged in writing by publisher.

No order cancellations will be accepted after closing date. Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising deemed unsuitable. Publisher must be given 60 days written notice to cancel existing contracts.

PREPAYMENTAccounts with no previous credit history with Timeless Communications, Corp. are required to make prepayment by space order deadline. Publisher reserves the right to decline acceptance of any advertise-ments for which prepayment has not been received on or before the material deadline.

2% DISCOUNTOn pre-paid insertion orders paid prior to closing date. No other discounts allowed.

BILLINGInvoices are issued approximately the same time as the book is mailed. Payment to be rendered in U.S. dollars within 30 days.
