Abstract of Travel Terms and Conditions (Please thoroughly read these clauses and course descriptions before applying)【1. Abstract of Application-based Travel Planning】　This trip is planned and executed by　Tour-net Co., Ltd. (fully registered Travel Agent by Kagawa Prefectural　Government, License #3-176, hereafter known as the “the company”), and participants will enter into a contract (hereafter referred to as the “travel contract”) with the company after submitting application. The contents and terms are stipulated in the following clauses, as well as the confirmation documents that will be sent prior to departure, and in the travel contract. Transportation to and from Takamatsu Airport are arranged by the company upon participant’s requests.

【2. Applying and Arranging the Travel Contract】⑴After filling out the necessary information on the application (name, age, contact information, etc.), submit it to the company.

⑵The travel contract will be arranged after the application form has been accepted.⑶All necessary fees must be paid in full in cash (Japanese yen) upon arrival at Takamatsu Airport.⑷ If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled.

【3. Expenses covered by program fee】⑴Transportation expenses as stipulated in the course descriptions (in cases where no specific transportation is mentioned, transport within Japan is included).

⑵Accommodation, food, sightseeing, and tax ⑶Guided tour courses include the guide fee, as well as special compensation insurance and other fees associated with group travel.

【4. Expenses not covered by program fee】Costs not covered by program fees are airfare to Japan, some accommodation and food/drink, nor personal expenses. Also, optional plan add-ons are not factored in the cost.

【5. Cancellation policy and fees】If the participant chooses to cancel their trip or change their departure date/course, there will be a cancellation or alteration fee. For day trips, participants will not be charged a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 11 days prior to the trip. Courses that will utilize charter transportation will incur a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less than 30 days from the first day of travel. Cancellations will be accepted during regular business hours.

■About management of personal information⑴The company will only use participants’ personal information to make necessary travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and other service-related planning.

⑵In some cases, the company will use participant information for ① contact about related products and service announcements ② requests for opinions and surveys ③ company statistical documents.

■Other⑴This pamphlet is current as of 4 19, 2017.⑵If there are any questions about the travel contract, please contact the collaborator through which application was made. The collaborator holds responsibility for handling arrangements through their office.
