Introduction of Resource person: Graduate in commerce, fellow member of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India, Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretary, Former Executive Director of
VIP Industries Ltd. At present Chairman, Bizsol India Services Pvt. Ltd. He is an expert in soft skill
training, EQ training and Management skills.

Achievements/Benefit: Planning for facing an interview is an important process to understand what
approach to take, and to develop appropriate way to provide the desired information. Students will learn
about how to make CV and how to face Interview and also it will help students to be confident and
opportunity to be placed in school. AICESR students have successfully participated.
