It’s easy, but if you have a problem,
contact Suzie in the office. Yes, you
do have to renew each year to stay
ac5ve in program. No, you don’t
lose any points! Yes, it does help
our church!
Help! Help! Help! All of our Masses are in need of Mass Coordina-
tors. This is not a difficult ministry, but, a very important one. If
you feel you may be called to this ministry, a training session will be
held in the very near future. One of the most important aspects of
this ministry is that you ae able to be at the Mass of your choice
early enough to open the church, prepare & set up the altar. We
will be seKng up a schedule, so, hopefully we will have more than
one coordinator for each Mass. Pray about this and if you feel you
are called, contact Suzie Bowling in the office or Susan Gre8ler at
[email protected]. Thank you for your prayerful considera5on!
Coat/Winter Clothes Collecon Please donate your lightly used
winter clothes for children, adolescents, and adults and place them
into the collec5on box at the front door of the church. The good
people at the Botetourt Resource Center will distribute these items
to those who need them. We have emp5ed the collec5on box
twice already. Thank you! You may make a dona5on for the pur-
chase of new coats for children and adolescents by either mailing a
check to the church or placing it in the general collec5on basket in
the commons with a memo nota5on, “Coats for Kids”. Thank you!
Online Giving We appreciate everyone who has taken advantage of
the Diocese’s website to con5nue your contribu5ons to Transfigura-
5on. This service was meant to only be temporary, so we are
pleased to inform you that our parish now has a solu5on to make
dona5ng simple and easy, while at the same 5me keeping the pro-
cess safe and secure. Online giving is now available for parishioners
who would like to make weekly offerings, as well as dona5ons and
payments to other parish collec5ons and events, without wri5ng a
check or turning in a paper form. Those who wish to con5nue to use
tradi5onal methods of offering may do so, however, we ask that
you prayerfully consider making the change to electronic giving so-
lu5on. To sign up or learn more visit h8ps://

and WDBJ Channel 7, and posted on
their websites.
* All Services Cancelled – no weekend
services or religious educa5on classes
* Snow Schedule – Sunday Mass will
be at 11am instead of 8:30am. Religious Educa5on classes

schools. If the schools are closed because of weather, the
church ac5vi5es of the day will be cancelled, including daily

schools are delayed 2 hours, daily Mass will be celebrated.
Please take a look at the prayer list in the
commons and contact the office with any
updates or correc ons.
