133/15-16 Finance: i) To Ratify decision made on 22nd December 2015 to agree to accept quotation from Zurich

Municipal to enter a three year agreement with them for insurance provision at 430.43 p.a. (four quotations had been obtained and this best value) commencing 5th January 2016 and to pay same.

ii) To Resolve to agree to pay SLCC Subscription for 2016/17 of 149.00 (based on gross salary).iii) To Resolve to agree to pay for 2 x Noticeboards for Shalfleet Stores at a cost of 406 plus

carriage of 32 and installation by Mr Gregory 30 = 468.iv) To Resolve to agree to pay 35 Annual Date Protection Registration (Legal requirement).v) To approve list of payments (circulated to Cllrs and copy available at the meeting).vi) Planting in Parish - To Agree financial contribution the Parish Council will give to support

this project in 2016/17.vii) To Resolve to agree the precept amount to be requested from the IWC for 2016/17 papers

forwarded to Cllrs, together with recommendations of the Working Group. 134/15-16 Correspondence details of correspondence received tabled.

i) Email received from Mr Bill Stafford asking for PC support in ensuring a comprehensive broadband solution for Station Road (copies circulated to Cllrs).

ii) The Patrons Lunch Sunday 12th June 2016 - To discuss whether the PC be involved in any way in this celebration of Her Majesty The Queens 90th Birthday.

iii) To Agree to submit a nomination for the Buckingham Palace Garden party to be held 10th May 2016 for which IWALC has been allocated 4.

iv) To note proposed extinguishment of Y7 footpath and comment/object accordingly (information sent to Cllrs)
