Having spent 18 years leading the Manufacturing Function towards significant financial and opera-tional success I was asked to take on a similar challenge within the Supplies & Logistics Operation of the business due to its ongoing under-performance across all areas.

• Management of £5m stockholding of internally and externally manufactured bespoke items - stock accuracy of 98.9%
